Now is the time when you need to take control of your attitude, the one thing you do have control over. Many people forget that they have 100% complete control over their own attitude. Make it a habit to control and direct your attitude towards what you really want. You'll have a fighting chance to rid yourself of your anxiety disorder and cure yourself of disbelief.
