Head lice is a horrible thing to have, it will make your head very itchy and unpleasant and what's more is the fact that you will realise that there are tiny little bugs crawling all over your head, not nice at all.

Purchase a special "lice comb", these are combs specifically made for the removal of head lice, they are not expensive and can be purchased at most superstores. If you feel that you may have head lice, simply run this comb through your head thoroughly and it will sure help make a difference.

Wash your bed sheets regularly. If you have had head lice then there is the possibility that there are louse eggs on your bed sheets, the best way to kill them off is to wash your sheets in very hot water, this will, in most cases, destroy the eggs and any remaining lice.
